Samuel J. Miller is an associate trial attorney at Kenneth M. Levine & Associates. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice with a specific focus on birth injuries and brachial plexus/Erb’s palsy. Sam has successfully litigated and worked on hundreds of cases to completion in trial courts in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and other states resulting in many favorable jury verdicts, arbitration awards, and settlements.
After graduating from the University of Massachusetts – Boston summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Sam went on to earn his law degree from Suffolk University cum laude, where he was a member of the Student Bar Association Executive Board and the Production Editor of the Journal of Health and Biomedical Law. After being admitted to the Massachusetts bar, Sam spent seven years at a litigation boutique specializing in complex tort litigation, close corporation disputes, and the representation of other attorneys and law firms. Sam then joined Kenneth M. Levine & Associates to focus on medical malpractice with a specific focus on birth injuries and brachial plexus/Erb’s palsy injuries.
